JB, Acer may only use IDTI for the short term. Long term plans seem to indicate they want the whole enchilada????? Acer plans to have an older-generation, 6-inch fab that will make commodity-level, logic ICs, one source close to the company said. In the future, however, Acer will upgrade the fab to produce 8-inch wafer, the source said. techweb.com FWIW Marc
