Some time ago, M. John of PPP indicated that two companies would be formed using CBNR's current assets for one and PPP for the other. Did you happen to discuss this during your talk to the company?
I agree with you, a lot of the Cooper news makes sense. I also can understand not putting all of the info in a news release to the general public, but have to agree with Franco that they might have jazzed it up a bit more. Some place between his version and the actual release. Looks like the market was not to excited about it either, down 8 1/2 cents.
Franco, thats the 2nd time you have mentioned a shareholders meeting, not including your response to my where/when question. Has anyone else been notified of this and if so, how long ago? I don't mind being the last to know, someone has to be <vbg>, but if shareholder notices went out then my broker is falling down on the job and I want to talk to him about it. TIA for any info that any of you can provide.
If there is an AGM in a couple of weeks, we may not get much news before that. Just my guess.
