Bob,

There is a shareholder meeting on 12/13. I was supposed to get a fax of the letter, but I'm not sure I got it, have been too busy to look through the research report. Shareholders of record in CBNR on 12/12 get one share of PPP stock (which will be publicly traded, 100,000,000 shares to be authorized, 23,500,000 to Cabec to be given to Cabec shareholders) for each share of Cabec which is held. I think that Cabec name will change to Cabec Industries at that time. I will probably hold so as to see what kind of value is in the PPP stock. Who knows ?
