It amazes me how much some people constantly have to push the envelope. For example, does anyone really give a damn if someone is a dope addict or a drunkard, provided that he isn't driving around high (or drunk), threatening innocent people, and sending the rest of us his medical bills when he ruins his health? I doubt anyone gives a damn if a man sits in his house with his friends, smoking drugs and/or drinking themselves silly until they all pass out.
They can't be satisfied with that though. They have to take it on the road, out into society, where they interact with the rest of us while they are in their mentally impaired states until people get seriously hurt or worse. Plus, they cry to the government after they wreck their health through their chronically bad decisions in life, and then the government forces you and I (at gunpoint, I must add) to pay for their medical bills and living expenses for life.
Frankly, I'm sick of my taxes being used to pay for all of the idiots out there who constantly push the envelope. I'd much rather see my taxes being used to build more jails, prisons, and execution centers for the violent troublemakers in society who have no redeeming values whatsoever. -ng-
Of course, many leftist idiots will jump up and down and demand to know what gives me the right to say that. I have the right to say that because I pay taxes and lot of them! I'm afraid I don't have the necessary connections to earn billions and never pay a dime in taxes. If I pulled that $hit, I may as well report to prison because that's where the bastards would quickly put me. -nfg- |
