It is perfectly clear that some opec members constitute low hanging fruit. SA is noopec and its operating from its own expectations, cognizant of most all the variables contained within HM4E. the other representatives submitting quotes within your article are just d & D matrix riders, like surfers whose only wish is for a waves duration to be all that that observer wants it to be..and thus projects from ego those desires. too bad, its already moved beyond the matrix....SA knows this, and can single handidly begin to counter program the hedge funds as anecdotal nuances, the buyers of contrivances which have already slipped away. there are always levels of hierarchal awareness, some get it, but many of those in the thick of some continuous momentum. most lose sight of the fact that they were all just surfers, claiming ownership of some wave, while all waves have a moment when they collapse, leaving all those claims too backwash.
