Mohan, re: Toshiba bids farewell to Desktop retail biz. Thanks for the interesting article. Consolidation in this market continues, this free's up a lot of shelf space for Compaq, HP, IBM, Sony, PB. Eventually, there will probably be 3 winners for this space, Compaq, HP and IBM are obvious choices, but with Sony's experience in consumer electronics, games (Playstation) and marketing, they could be the dark horse.
