What I gave you was the big picture. Overall, the effect.

It's a major stretch to call that information random. That was a consistent pattern across the entire United States for an entire year.

Other studies have been run in the UK, Canada and the US DOT. In those studies, they watched before and after with a few people. Stats on the performance of those specific people can be found in those studies.

What happens is that the cannabis consumers are AWARE of their shortfall. So they take extra precautions. That is the normal reaction to cannabis. To become more conservative while driving. Or anything else for that matter.

Net result? They drive slower. They don't follow as closely in traffic. THAT is the normal reaction to cannabis.
