Keeping this " Shell " alive until Feb 98 is probably someones game plan. dunno ?
One posibility is to use this vehicle to back another venture into it as is very common on the VSE. It beats doing an IPO.

The NAZDAK will have the final word come February when all BB stocks under one dollar are vaporized into the " pinks".

I see where Guido and the " Boys " are in the pokey.....( GYMM )
