that was my thought as well. the market cap moved more than the amount being sought. the only rational explanation i could come up with for today's action (other than short squeeze, and probably no other explanation needed) is that after a year or two or doing nothing they finally indicated they are willing to litigate. and the target is not the U.S. of A. so much as it is the alleged arm of the British Secret Service, nee Amoco.

monday's action will be interesting. i expect down. it will almost certainly close below 4, and likely well below 4, at the July option expiration date to cause me to regret shorting the $4 july puts.
