This does not look like a good earnings report. Although revenue rose, operating and gross margins both fell. I think the company was right when they said the next few quarters or so will be challenging as they switch to a new product line. Higher costs are generally associated with new product lines in the beginning unitl they reach some sort of economies of scale. Stock may come under pressure in the coming sessions.
