You have to put a working "item" (see help topic) into your formula:
Min(-1,-7)>=movavg(c,50)*.98 ==>
Min(-1,-7,cl) >=movAvg(-1,50,cl)*.98
perhaps you want to test for the whole interval of days:
Min(-1,-7,cl) >=movAvg(-1,50,cl)*.98
Min(-1,-7,cl) >=movAvg(-2,50,cl)*.98
.
.
Min(-1,-7,cl) >=movAvg(-7,50,cl)*.98
as you can not nest like Min(-1,-7,MovAvg(-1,50,cl) you have to write one line per day and need no Min() function on the left side:
cl(-1) >=movAvg(-1,50,cl)*.98
cl(-2) >=movAvg(-2,50,cl)*.98
.
.
cl(-7) >=movAvg(-7,50,cl)*.98
