All this decision does is essentially reward the parents of these individuals for successfully avoiding immigration and customs enforcement long enough to acquire work visas for their children. I honestly feel sorry for those people overseas that have chosen to endure the bureaucratic nightmare and wait of trying to get into America legally instead of simply sneaking in with their families by illegally crossing the border or by hopping aboard a plane with a tourist visa.
