Obama has been overly romanticized------this is part of why he was elected imo. This author cuts through some of that but still leaves an impression that speaks to that part of Obama. I wonder how the youth vote that went for that tactic will vote in 2012-----will they feel deceived? The crowds at his events are less so may be a good sign. One thing that puzzles me is the author saying that Obama Senior came to America at the urging of Christian Missionaries. I was under the impression that he was part of the general movement that was happening to bring foreign students from Africa to America in the 1960's via the Government Exchange programs.
