Ken,
I don't have news at this point. My friend says "be patient, it will happen" but not much more than that. The price has been holding up well, even on big down days for the market as a whole. This tells me that not many holders want to sell out at these levels. Volume has been very low. My GUESS is that those who know what is going on do not want to be accused of insider trading and therefore can't buy.
