Air strikes maybe, but I don't want a ground war with Iran.

I wouldn't worry about it Josh, it'll never happen. The whole country as well as our military feels like you. Air strikes and covert ops are always possible and would inflict catastrophic damage. But the days of invading large land masses, especially mountainous ones, are long over. I remember when we went into Iraq in 2003, there was speculation that W might continue into Iran. A general (whose name I forget) commented that invading Iran would be "three times the population, four times the size, and five times the problems."
