I completely agree, GZ. Those miscreants scurrying away from the scene of the crime are prime candidates for immediate apprehension by a Mobile Court Unit. Observe their Constitutional right to a speedy trial en route to the local subterranean gas chamber for final processing and termination, and then release the gas. Look at this idiotic woman fleeing a police officer for no reason [1]. She ends up bailing out of her vehicle and running over herself. Killed on impact. One less Obama voter.
