If our old house sells by then, maybe we can work this out... great. don't forget to put a for sale sign on it and an ad on craigslist. marketing is the key to success in sales... and you also need a kick-back offer... maybe a free trip for two to a niner's-giants game in SF for the buyer. altair19 might buy it. throw in a round of golf, a ride on the cable cars and a loaf of sourdough from fisherman's wharf and he'll buy it. trust me... i used to sell houses. -lep86
