ROFL. They're not paying off their debts. They're filing bankruptcy and the government is using its magic hocus-pocus wand to wipe their debt away. Look mom, no debt! LOL.

Oh, and a government/central bank "report" brings us this "news". LOL! That's worth less than a fiat clownbuck.
