Ah yes Burgandy

I was just thinking about Burgandy and how it even more than other wines needs to be well aged. Actually I have only tasted a few Burgandys in my life so that for me is terra incognita.

Anyway I continue on with my organizing.

I've got one cooler stock full of 2009 Bourdeaux.

The next cooler will consist of miscellaneous 2009s.

My third and final cooler (God I see I need another couple of coolers<g>) will be for wine younger than 2009.

I hope to continue a policy of drink no wine before its time. For a red for me that means a minimum of 10 years.

Ones best aging policy for whites and roses is to me nuclear but I would say a minimum of 2-5 years.

Now lets see 2012. Do I even have any 2002 reds?

Well anyway I will check out those burgandys <g>.
