right-o. Well if they aren't enforcing anything then why do their jobs exist? The only departments that are Constitutional are State, Commerce and Defense. The rest are frauds. Education, Energy, Housing, Agriculture, Interior, Health and Human Services...non are legal under the highest law, the Constitution. The Federal salaries aren't the money pit, it's the money that the agencies spend on garbage that is the money pit.
