Rob, It will pay to remain calm as this deal develops. Perhaps CYI has made an excellent move. They may be bringing in more experienced management and a potential at which we can merely guess. After looking over the reference site, it would appear (at least on the surface) that Omnidata is doing quite fine and will add broadened markets and capabilities to CYI. Remember this is not yet a done deal and will not be until the ink is dry on the final papers late this year or early next. The market will tell us what this deal should be evaluated at in the next 30 days. I'm staying calm. Jim
