Shouldn't we be able to determine aipn's plans by the personnel they have hired. First, they hired Woody who's expertise was, I believe, oilfield mangement which would lead me to beleive, they had planned to to drill and develop some of the concession themselves.

After Woody resigned, they hired people who's expertise is in the area of analizing siesmic data. Seems that their plans have changed and they are now going in a different direction. Their no.1 goal seems to be finding a JV partner.

Right now, I don't think they are geared up to do any drilling--that's the job of the JV partner. Thus the reason for pushing back the drilling into the 2nd quarter.

Of couse their plans could change. Let's watch to see what personnel additions they make.

It's great to have someone on this thread who has experience in the oil industry. Your information has been invaluable to the rest of us.
