Sam, I don't know the CCI specifics but I would guess like many banks they suffered big loan losses due to the bursting of the real estate bubble. Remember the politicians said the tax payer won't foot the bill well the savers did. The Fed lowered rates so the banks margins would improve at the expense of the saver. The saver in turn poured money into the stock mkt seeking higher returns. At the moment everyone is happy the banks and savers turned investor. the trouble is AG and company created a bigger bubble than the real estate bubble. How are you going to get us out of this one AG? Maybe we can continue to attract foreign funds so we can share the inevitable losses with them. Mike
