All, short interest as of Nov 14th slightly up over the previous month. No telling what it is now. We have a challenge: how can we get info about the company? We can't rely on anything said by management. They have zero credibility, know it, and probably will be silent. Are they working? Is the place active? Has anyone been laid off? Will they just draw salaries and go through motions, folding up when the bank account is empty? Is Bateman working on the recovery process? Are the samples being assayed? How can we find answers independently? It's like trying to learn about mob activity. How do we do it? Are there any longs in Phoenix? Or do we just give up, wait passively for the next 10Q, see how much money is left, and be glad for any rosy PR crumbs they choose to serve up in the meantime. Who has contacts? If there is a group already doing this privately (abandoning this thread to yakkers), please let me know. Thanks. John
