Richard, WRE chart looks like there is not much downside risk and perhaps a move up to 18 possible. I tried last week to add BTR but was disappointed when it kept moving from my bid. I agree about the company fundamentals but I was surpriese to see this down move come with big volume. Any reason you know of to account for this spike in the volume? Looks like both PAG and LXP have seen there lows in this intermediate cycle. Regards...George
