lamont, I include in her group the people she did the PPs with, and what she herself has bought.
If you have some information what other SH feel, put it here, but keep their names private.
It is possible that some of her group have deserted(sold/lost faith) but I would not place her solid suppost under 25%. This can be effective control, depending on how other block vote.
What is the size of the Smithers group??
