I am really troubled that the company did not see fit to have a conference call to discuss where they really are and where they think they are going. I thought the $.12 was an inexplicable loss from
operations, with the writeoffs in the current quarter. Don't forget the 20% taxes (I presume) on the gain which will have to be paid.
