One would think so. I don't see Issa backing down. We're headed for a full-blown Constitutional crisis.

Makes you wonder what is in those documents to make them fight so hard to keep them confidential. You have to wonder also about the wisdom of the Obama administration taking this down to the wire. The election is 5 months out. I don't see how this dispute can help him.

On the other hand, when people are talking about this, they aren't talking about the economy.
