Incidently, contrast that with the skyrocketing costs of energy when Enron manipulated the markets. You don't have a clue.


The only reason Enron was able to manipulate the CA electricity market is that the CA legislature (led by Dems) passed really stupid regulations forcing the utilities to buy on the spot market rather than hedging with long term supply contracts. In a free market, Enron could not have succeeded. It is you who doesn't have a clue.
