Though our church hasn't reached the scale of the one you are involved with, our pastor is already delegating work. With the funds that do not have to be spent on a building, he is paying leaders who do full time or part time work as sort of assistant pastors, though that isn't the term he used. They are compensated in proportion to the responsibility they take on. I'm not well acquainted with it, because with my total lack of schedule, I can't be counted on in advance to be available, so don't consider myself qualified for such a thing. I don't even know how to organize my own life. " a lot of dirty diapers... accepting people just the way they are..." That sounds wonderful, the real thing! John
