Short interest is the amount of shares borrowed and sold in anticipation of buying back at a lower price. Short sellers feel the stock price is going down, and often w/r/t thinly traded stocks, their sales probably help lead to this result. In theory, when they buy the stock back the stock price should rally. 7 million is about 1/4 of the entire AGPH float, and getting larger. IMHO a bullish sign.
