Please people, we still live in a democracy. No one can force you to do anything you dont want to do. There is no automatic money transferred to your account. Ultimately TI will have to go to court to snatch your shares. They will win only if there is something in the byelaws of AMTX or in securities law that permits them to take you shares without your approval
