Any opinion on Commercial Bob? I've been making some loans (buying notes or replacing bank loans) on commercial properties I like @ about 60% LTV. Owners don't want to fart around with the banks and are convinced their properties will rebound so are willing to pay good rates (3 year note 10%, 8%, 8% IO) with a prepayment penalty of the entire first year if pre-paid before that. BUT, so far I haven't really seen much that looks like that great a deal (these low rates seem to be holding prices up of everything that isn't vacant) yet... What you think??? DAK
