Chia-Bin Wang: Most (respectable), companies are conservative because they tend to be sued if they are optimistic about their companies outlook. This is exactly the point I made regarding Andy Grove's comments about the 3rd quarter being "flat". There is always some attorney waiting to pounce and convince a few "investors" there is an easier way to make money from companies than investing in them. Extort it! Best Regards Greg Gimelli
