Photo Radar and Photo Red-Light are "revenue generation devices" for the welfare state.

They should be eliminated where ever they exist.

I have my own war story about this in California, where making a right turn on red with no traffic will cost me $500 and I wasn't even driving the rental car. I rented the Car using a credit card, the Rental company charged be a $30 fee to report my information to the State of California. California told me to pay $470 or to specify the driver license number of the driver. I return their form stating that I was not driving the rental car, and I did not supply them with my wife's DL.

Moving violations should require that a Cop issue you the ticket and the state should be required to send out a notice to appear.
