I'm for the drones.
That's the wrong question as far as I'm concerned. It's rather what are the conditions under they are to be employed and who controls that decision making. The argument of Steve Clemens' piece is that control may well be in the hands of a rogue CIA unit. Which is definitely not good. The evidence for that is that the head of the CIA and the head of the US mission in Pakistan are having problems controlling the use of the drones in Pakistan.
