That article seemed to think Pawlenty and Portman were the top two prospects for Romney's VP. Nadine predicted Portman and I think Ohio gives him an edge. The only thing I wish about Portman is that he was a couple of years younger. As for Pawlenty, I would bet on him being in a Romney administration, but I will be a little surprised if he is chosen as VP. Regarding Santorum, I don't think Romney has much chemistry with him.
