The following events are effecting the Signals. Disappointing economic news on the international and domestic fronts raised fresh concerns of a global slowdown, leaving US stocks solidly in the red today. Manufacturing data out of China and Europe came in below expectations, while the Philly Fed Manufacturing Index contracted to its lowest reading since August 2011. Meanwhile, reports throughout the afternoon that Moody's planned to downgrade 15 of the world's largest banks worried investors, and will likely continue to be in the headlines tomorrow.
