Thanks. < If there’s a crummy shopping center in your neighborhood, it will probably only get crummier. > ROFLMAO!! I have to admit I do dislike retail very much... the explosion of "stuff" for sale in this country (restaraunts to Massage Envy) driven by going further into debt and cheapness from China is over... I figure after the sell off we've already seen that I can actually lend money on 50-60% LTV and make 8 to 10% tells you something. And it's NOT bullish. DAK
