JOhn, seems like with 200 people then cell groups and every believer is a minister
is enough.
And , for the building just meet at the holiday inn or a school.
need to lease or rent to you can blow out a shopping mart that closed down.
They will house a church of 2000 easy. Grocery stores close down all the time and
God turns them into churches.

This is just tongue and cheek.... Each pastor should do what God says.
"All I have ever asked of God is keep me with a church that can hear God.
A church that is more afriad of God than the congregation."
