Steve, I guess I wasn't clear - my wife wanted to know if you or your church had any knowledge/ideas about including deaf & hard of hearing people in the church - ideas which she hasn't heard of already. She's only been working on this thing for a few months, so I kind of doubt she has any knowledge to offer your church, since your church has more experience at it. The problems hard of hearing people have aren't simple - that is, they don't have a simple solution (short of Jesus healing them), which I have discovered from being married to her for 16 years. I'll pass your email address to her (rather than give it out here) and she can write to you if she wants to. Maybe you can put her in touch with some of the people in your church who do signing (if they have email access), or anyone else involved. She's already in touch with a few dozen hard of hearing people, but most of them aren't Christians and many of them are "flaming liberals". John
