"If you guys just day traded stocks it would'nt matter to you if the dow was up 200 or down 200. The key is to close out all your positions by the end of the day because you never know what could happen overnight. I sleep much better now!" I find this interesting and even enticing. I'm just wondering what kind of tax-related nightmares do you deal with? What are the significant advantages over disadvantages to daytrading?
