I've been accumulating a small position in STAG. This is a REIT that recently went public and focuses on Class B single tenant industrial properties. They are self-managed and administered. They have a clean balance sheet, and a diverse portfolio across 29 states. They look to buy individual industrial buildings in the $5 million to $25 million range - for example warehouses, distribution centers, and small manufacturing buildings. The dividend yield on the current price is about 7%.
