This might be the rumor as 877,327 shares traded in A-H, but the bulk of them crossed at the end of day price. As late as 17:33 a block of 22,800 traded at $17.0148---appears the last trades of $13.00-13.50 involved trades of 100-500 for a total of about 1,500 shares in the $13.00 range.
