Down 22 percent? On a decision that was to be appealed no matter who won, where the worst case appears to be an extra year or two delay? I understand the winner of round one has the advantage, but give me a break. This may not even be on the critical path, depending on how long FDA approval takes. They have plenty of cash and are chugging along on other stuff. I see this as overdone.
