I'd like to breifly respond to Dave's e-mail. I say briefly simply because we have already discussed this situation to death. What I would like everyone to remember is that we don't really want to be in a pissing contest here. Any and all negativity is just shooting ourselves in the foot as investors. That's not to say that I don't agree with some of what Dave has to say. But we should concentrate on the future secure in the knowledge that CycloPSS is in very fine hands with Melinda Ballard heading up the IR department. I'm a dentist and a perfectionist. But I'm human. That means I'm not perfect. Knowing that I could make a mistake makes it less likely that I will say ever extract the wrong tooth. Because I always try to keep my imperfections(humanity) in mind. So here is what I think we as investors should keep in mind: If the stock performance is any indicator(and it is) CycloPSS and Melinda Ballard and the company are doing just great. All of us are human. So lets quit casting stones. It reflects badly on us and the company. It's not good for our investment. I believe the company is extremely responsive to suggestion and criticism through more direct means. We only have to give OZON some time and they will prove to the world that they are "The Ozone Company". Regards, Jeff
