"Obama's 4-4-4 Plan" Obama has spent almost 4 years as President of the United States of America as the annual income of an American family has declined by 40% while he attends breathtaking expensive $40,000.00 per person campaign fundraiser . (News released today June 22, 2012 on the average 40% decline in the American Family's income.) "4-4-4" format was inspired by Candidate Herman Cain. We will always remember his " 9-9-9" plan.
