Its just that objectively, the technicals, history and the wave structure say we just completed the third correction of a bull market that started in July 09. This last correction was historically of average amount and duration, so, leaving out the noise, it would be going against the market direction to be uber bearish. Most following the bullish interpretation are wanting to be positioned for the big leg up that happens in every bull market. Hope that explains it.
