As hard as I try, I just can't get a handle on what you describe as a bullish setting for equities alike. Maybe its me, but I doubt it ;) Technically speaking the charts tell me we will move much lower in the following months. This is an election which is the markets only saving grace,imo. Simply because of the coming elections the market could swing into a final topping process that will culminate the rally that began in off the lows in 2008/2009. 2013, or sooner, will bring the Mother of all Bear Markets; the Grizzly Bear, imo.
