Master spies have often been well known. They master the language and the manners, just ordinary people who blend in whether on the dais and theoretically well known or a part of the audience.

If you live in the D.C. area they can be your neighbor or someone else's neighbor. The guys who shot people at the CIA gate in Langley, Va. or the 9/11 terrorist who lived in Falls Church, Va.

Then there was Vince Foster found dead in Marcy Park behind the CIA-----it used to be a popular park for locals to walk their dogs. From there to the White House with no traffic, a quick drive.

Indeed, there is plenty of silverware at large events like the White House Correspondents Dinner. However, those on the dais are well known to the White House and Obama does not plunge into the crowd there. After the speech Friday, Obama spent about six minutes shaking hands along a so-called ropeline in front of the crowd.

One thing for sure the attendees at the Disney World event will understand that they were not fully trusted.
They will now have the experience to talk about for years.
